Dunder Mifflin Dashboard

Hey guys, being an ardent fan of the series The Office, I always wanted to do a visualization on the series.
Now lets talk about the series , The Office is an American mockumentary on a group of typical office workers, where the workday consists of ego clashes, inappropriate behavior, and tedium. It is a remake of British series. The Office is one of the most hilarious and greatest shows in the history of television sitcoms, which made us spend sleepless nights binge-watching the episodes, absolutely unbothered about our own bosses we’ll have to deal with the next day, who are nowhere close to Michael Scott.

The show has won around 20 prestigious awards and commands a very special place in the hearts of the comedy lovers.

Here is my attempt at doing the visualization of the series.
Here are the insights:
1. Dunder Mifflin manager always has the highest number of lines in any given season
2. It is surprising to see that Mr. Brown was in top 10 list in season 1, although season 1 is the shortest with only 6 episodes.
3. Surprising Angela doesn’t feature in the top 10 list after season 5 , maybe something has to do with her pregnancy but on the other hand Pam always features in the list inspite of her pregnancy.
4. Based on the number of lines, it can deduced that the story revolved around Michael, Dwight, Jim and Pam.
5. Post Michael’s exit from the show, the shows rating fell.

Being a huge fan of the show, I’d have loved to see more of Kevin, Creed and Oscar.
